Growing up with allergies and asthma, Dr. Lynn Grinstead wasn’t supposed to spend a lot of time with animals. However, this didn’t put a damper on her interest and love for them! A few career-choice changes and 11 years of post-high school education later, Dr. Grinstead became what she’d always been meant to be: a veterinarian.

Dr. Carder grew up surrounded by animals, with a house full of pets and summers spent helping out at her aunt’s horse farm. This early exposure sparked her lifelong love for animals. As she grew older, Dr. Carder’s natural talent for problem-solving also emerged. Veterinary medicine became the perfect way to combine her two passions, allowing her to use her skills to improve the lives of animals and strengthen the bond they share with their families.

For as long as she can remember, Dr. Michele McClure wanted to be a veterinarian. It was something she always knew in her heart. With a deep curiosity about animals and a lifelong love for science, she followed that calling through education, training, and over two decades of clinical experience.

Dr. Kevin’s path to veterinary medicine began in the wide-open spaces of central Idaho, where he grew up on a cattle ranch. Surrounded by animals from an early age, he developed a deep respect for their resilience and the vital role they play in people’s lives. He was deeply inspired by his mother, a registered nurse, whose dedication to patient care sparked his own fascination with medicine. Veterinary medicine became the natural bridge between his two passions—caring for animals and exploring the science of healing.
